DESIGN/BUILD
The term Design/Build derives its name from the ability of a company
to assist in the design of a project based on its past experience.
This has the advantage of better cooperation, better communication
and faster project completion while keeping costs down and obtaining
a quality job.
In the past, jobs had to have numerous disciplines involved to
be completed. This created communication problems, delays and
confrontations. Over 50% of all projects are now completed in
this manner. Hamer Electric, Inc. has been involved in the design/build
process for over 20 years. Our commitment is to partner with our
